How do we operate?
Synergy Motor Car Company has a new car broker license with the State of Minnesota, which enables us to sell any make and model of car or truck, foreign or domestic. Our computers are full of information to help evaluate them. We work with the various manufacturers through their fleet reps. These reps are also the folks who can arrange test-drives for you. When it comes to used cars, we work with buyers, locator services, and auctions throughout the country.
We can save you time, hassle, and usually money. Since we represent a base of thousands of our customers, we can generally work out a better deal than you could by going in as an individual. The important thing is that when you buy a vehicle through us, we're sitting on the same side of the table as you. We're working to get you the very best deal possible.
Unlike a typical franchised dealer, we're not interested in just selling you a particular car and moving on. We're interested in building a long-term relationship. That's why franchises average about 15% repeat business, whereas with us it's 75 to 80%.
